Part-Time Accounts Receivable Associate Pay from $22 to $23 per hour Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Dr. Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Do you have strong customer service skills and an interest in Finance? Join Uline’s Accounts Receivable team to identify account issues and work with our customers to find successful resolutions! Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service through phone and email billing communications in a call center environment. Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts. Develop and use problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve account issues while meeting department goals. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred . Great customer service, communication and multi-tasking skills. Collections or Customer Service call center experience preferred .
