Job Description Job Description Our ideal candidate will have the following: - Has kitchen and bath cabinet ordering expertise, using 2020 software. - Has Kitchen and bath showroom experience. - Have a clear understanding of client satisfaction with the ability to listen, interpret and have resent designs and plans that exceed their customers’ expectations. - Have the verbal and written communication skills necessary to translate their ideas, designs and plans to an audience of professional, well- educated and multi-cultural mix of clients. - Be eager to learn and grow, have a great attention to detail, the enthusiasm to meet deadlines and organize his/her thoughts, presentations and actions clearly and effectively. - Has existing clients, and a book of businesses. The role would include: - Design, draw and present plans and specifications. - Finalize the sale and assist in material ordering, work site coordination and client day-to day communications. - Finalize the sale and assist in material ordering, work site coordination and client day- to day communications. - Calling on local remodelers, designers, and builders to gain sales - Role is an hourly role plus commissions that could potentially pay over $70,000 if sales plan is follwed. Our qualifications include: - Interior design degree or 2 years of residential design experience. - Formal training and experience in design programs such as 20-20. - Ability to work a varied schedule - Related experience in kitchen, bath design and residential interior design, products and services. - Experience in Microsoft office and associated software. - Outstanding problem- solving skills and poise under pressure. - Go the extra mile mentality in achieving personal and organization goals. - Self-motivated and very eager to learn, and achieve and earn.
