Job Summary Brightway Insurance is looking for an Experienced
Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to join their team
in Warrenville, IL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in
providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs,
and recommending appropriate insurance solutions to clients. This
position is sales-focused and requires exceptional communication
and negotiation abilities. Responsibilities - Quote and sell
various insurance products to potential clients. - Develop and
maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction. - Assess clients' insurance requirements and
offer suitable insurance recommendations. - Explain policy
specifics, coverage limits, and exclusions clearly to clients. -
Guide clients in completing insurance applications and necessary
documentation. - Handle policy changes, endorsements, and claims
accurately and in a timely manner. - Stay informed about industry
trends, regulations, and updates in insurance policies. -
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and
conditions effectively. Qualifications - Possession of a valid
Property and Casualty license in Illinois. - 1-3 years of
experience in Insurance Sales. - Demonstrated background in sales
administration or retail sales. - Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret
data and make well-informed decisions. Compensation - Base Salary:
$35,000 per year, in addition to commissions and bonuses. -
Anticipated first-year total earnings between $50,000 and $65,000,
inclusive of base salary, commissions, and bonuses. If you are a
