The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $25.80. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.Join Our Team as a Mold Technician!In this job you will provide technical support to a variety of molding machine. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements. Tasks require a high degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. You will frequently use hand and power tools. As a Mold Machine Technician, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up molds to prepare them for production cycle.
  • Perform painting operations on intellirupter parts and sensors
  • Assemble upper and middle sensors
  • Understand operation and PM requirements on various machines
  • Ability to use UV lighting chamber for identifying bad mix
  • Successfully troubleshoot intermediate equipment issues
  • Perform sandblasting operations as required
  • Ability to start and shut off mold machine following proper sequencing
  • Ability to perform vacuum sequence after changing material
  • In this job you will be required to participate in a medical surveillance program coordinated by S&C's health service professionals.What you'll Need To Succeed:
    • Experience operating and setting up mold machines
    • Ability to use basic math and measuring tools
    • Ability to work from blue prints, ordinary drawings and specifications.
    • Ability to use a variety of hand-held tools and air-impact tools.Relevant Experience Required:
