Moran Transportation Corporation provides regional, less than truckload (LTL) services throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. This is an ONSITE position.

Full Time Position with Company Benefits

$22.00 Per Hour (BOE), 40 Hours Per Week

  Main Job Functions:
  
  
  
• The primary reasonability for customer service is to provide a solid working relationship between Moran Transportation and our customers.
  
  ***All jobs functions listed below must be followed as described in the company handbook or SOP for that task

  Responsibilities:
  
  
  
• Answer Phones and emails
  
• Work closely with out dispatchers and drivers
  
• Work closely with the dock workers
  
• Work with partner carriers
  
• Handle os&d
  
• Enter pickups.
  
• Manage accessorial charges.
  
• Make delivery appointments.
  
• Create delivery manifest
  
• Create road manifests
  
• Scan documents into the imaging system
  
• Update the operating system with any notes on communication.
  
• Accept loads / drops that are being brought into the terminal.
  
• Pass out driver paperwork and tablets at the start of the day.
  
• Must have freight experience.
