• Operating a range of molding presses and machinery for the production of rubber molded sealing products within the assigned value stream.
• Manufacturing and inspecting products for compliance against acceptance criteria.
• Handling, inspecting, moving, and packaging pieces and parts by hand, conveyor or by using hand-truck.
• Inspecting and identifing process, material or Machine Operator equipment problems.
• Reading and interfacing with tools and mechanical equipment.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions, personal injuries and unsafe conditions.
• Following Quality Management System requirements as outlined in work instructions; suggest ways for continual improvement.
• Maintaining clean and orderly work area.. Position Requirements: Must be able to stand for shift duration (8 or 10 hours). Manual dexterity. Regularly required to reach, bend and stoop for objects. Perform repetitive movements with arms and hands while upright. Must be able to read, speak, and comprehend English. We participate in E-verify.
