Web analysts generally build the same reports every month, pull the data and then deliver on it. This position is different as you will use the data and put the data into a plan for management:
                      • You will get to see the conversion rates go up
                      • You will research on what is needed and then devise ways of communications of how to push it along
                      • You get to see how the data is being used and how successful it is The CRO Analyst reports to the CRO Manager and is responsible for contributing to the success of our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Program. Success will depend on the ability to enthusiastically and competently deliver on the following:
                        • Analytics and Behavioral Science - The CRO Specialist will employ a marriage of strong data analytics with good instincts for web behavior to be able to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate.--
                        • Demonstrating a passion for continuous learning , iterating and improving; a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape; a zest for UX design, paid media and research and an entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes- from planning to strategy to delivery.
                        • Successful collaboration with the CRO Developers ensuring that the spirit of customer behavior improvement is captured by the variants and providing the data stories that support design rationale. Please note this is a remote position! Responsibilities
                          • Analyze web and app behavior data in Google Analytics to create data-driven insights to fuel future tests hypotheses.
                          • Create test performance reports in analytics and provide analyses on opportunities based on deep data research and segmentation. You will use segmentation strategies to uncover the 'why?' behind every win and loss.
                          • Collaborate with UX teams to support design strategies and user research with analytics rationale when possible.
                          • QA and configure goals, tags, triggers, and other Google Analytics administration required for CRO tests.
                          • Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team. Explain how we got here and where we are going.
                            • Work as an intrapreneur under general prioritization and guidance of the CRO Manager. Self-management and motivation are critical soft skills to succeed. Qualifications
                              • Must be highly organized with excellent project management skills
                              • Minimum of 2 years' experience in formulating optimization strategy, execution of AB, multivariate, Multi-Page and funnel testing--
                              • Highly proficient in Google Analytics.
                              • Strong proficiency in digital marketing & web design
                              • A sound understanding of the mathematics behind effective testing.
                              • Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff
                              • Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.). Google Optimize 360 a plus. Value adds:
                                • Experience with e-commerce websites
                                • Strong digital proficiency, knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a bonus
                                • Experience with CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot)
