Job Description:

A recognized banking company in Illinois is looking to add a new -Relationship Banker to one of their branches in the Greater Chicago area. In this role, the Relationship Banker will be responsible for serving -as a proactive member of the Community Banking branch team by being the initial sales and service contact for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

The -Relationship Banker will:

• 
  
• Provide friendly, professional services to clients by conducting appropriate transactions and relevant troubleshooting
  
• Effectively manage existing client books of business to support the retention and growth of profitable client relationships
  
• Develop new and existing client relationships by educating prospects and clients about the features and benefits of the company's consumer and business products
  
• Build an -understanding of the respective needs of clients and prospects
  
• Perform other duties, as needed
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2+ years of previous Banking experience
    
  • High School Diploma / GED
    
  • Computer savvy
    
  • Microsoft Office proficient
    
    Desired Skills:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
      
    • Working knowledge of FinServ
