Degree Required or equivalent in Allied Healthcare fieldEducation:

fieldCertification: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CCDS RequiredExperience: 2
to 3 years Critical Care Experience in the ED or ICU, or 5 years
Med/Surge in-patient nursing experienceSkills: What you will
do:Review medical records for conflicting, incomplete, or
non-specific documentation by providerIdentify clinical indicators
to ensure diagnosis and procedures are clinically supportedEnsure
each treated diagnosis is documented in the medical record to the
appropriate specificity in collaboration with providers, and coders
aimed at ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant medical records
which reflect the severity and complexity of a patient's illness
