We have offices in Skokie and McHenry, IL, and a flexible hybrid schedule.Our ValuesDo the Right Thing AlwaysInnovative in Our ApproachExceptional ServiceRespectful to AllAlways be GrowingPrimary DutiesAssist with investment and insurance account opening and serviceGather required information from clients to prepare documentsPrepare documents for client signatureAssist clients with rollovers/account transfers/asset movementProcess beneficiary and titling updatesProcess premium payments and life insurance loan requestsAssist with general operations and servicingResearch and respond to client inquiries (e.g. questions about their accounts, assisting with online access, etc.)Assist with team licensing and credential managementCRM database maintenanceProcess client contact information updates (e.g. address changes, email address updates, phone number updates, etc.)Assist with directing incoming calls as neededRequirements/LicensingExtremely detail-oriented and organizedTeam-oriented and other-orientedGrowth-minded individualsStrong oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word)Expected to obtain Life and Health license in the first 90 daysInvestment licensing expected to be obtained within 9 months (must pass the SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and some internal NM assessments)
