Job Description Summary Responsible for identifying and facilitating skill-level training program for undersupplied cell manufacturing areas and employee growth. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Analyze training needs throughout the manufacturing organization. Responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data. Design and develop training material (procedures, manuals, guides, visual aids or other materials) to meet learning objectives. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to teach/learn additional programs and provide idea sharing and feedback Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training requirements are understood Maintain a database of all training materials Review ongoing employee skill level performance Manage and track employee training and training renewal dates Maintain training records Other duties as assigned Key Competencies Detail oriented Strong communication skills - verbal and written Data collection, management and analysis Problem analysis and problem solving Planning and organizing Decision-making Customer service orientation Teamwork Key Behaviors and Tenets of 80/20 Are accountable to others Have the courage to challenge the status quo Are honest with co-workers and customers Able to be innovative problem solvers Are engaged team members Add value to the Company Expects excellence of self and others Overserves top customers Understands, simplifies and acts to improve processes Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Education and Experience Associate's degree in a technical field with 2 years' experience Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases required Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA Must be able to work in the U.S. and travel 25% Benefits: Benefits Medical We offer insurance through Aetna, effective day 1.
