Join us as we strive to redefine what's possible.ABOUT THE POSITION:Client/Family TherapyCarries a caseload for both teletherapy and in-office work involving any or all of the Agency's services, which will include, including individual, child, family, couples, and may include group treatment modality.Performs the full range of clinical duties, including the gathering and analysis of data, formulation of assessment and treatment plans, within the context of critical thinking, and implementation of the treatment for routine and complex cases.Formulates understanding of clients' situations, providing appropriate services with supervisory consultation.AdministrativePerforms record keeping functions and other administrative duties as required by the Agency, including written documentation, such as treatment plans, progress notes and assessments, within the required time frames.May provide services and billing under Medicaid Rule 132 as a Qualified Mental Health Professional.Program SupportActively participates in individual and group weekly supervision.Collaborates with other agency personnel, supervisor, appropriate specialists or consultants on specific case related problems, as needed.Participates in agency professional development programs, professional group seminars, committees or conferences to increase professional knowledge.May be involved in outreach.REQUIREMENTS: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program. Strong clinical field placements or internships. Couples and/or family therapy experience preferred. Self-awareness and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling conflict and disruptive behaviors Able to work evenings two days per week.
