Duties: Forklift operator positions require members to:- Work as a cross-functional team in the movement of products within a warehouse environment. - Perform safety checklist prior to forklift equipment operation.- Handle and move materials and product by using Pallet Mover, High Rise Lift Truck and Stand Up/ Sit Down Forklift.- Read and interface with tools and forklift mechanical equipment.- Complete forklift paperwork specific to work area.- Follow Quality Management System requirements as outlined in work instructions; suggest ways for continual improvement.- Maintain clean and orderly work area.- Report forklift equipment malfunctions, personal injuries and unsafe conditions.
