Chicago law firm client to find an exceptional Legal Assistant with
strong real estate and corporate law experience. If you're ready to

Requirements: 3 years of legal secretarial or assistant experience
in corporate and real estate transactional law Comfortable working
with corporate formation and organizational documents Tech-savvy
with strong skills in Microsoft Word 365 (including styles),
Outlook, PDF editing, and typing 70-80 wpm Proficient in Excel,
time-entry systems and document management tools Familiar with
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, and standard office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, attention
to detail, and organizational skills Responsibilities: Provide
administrative and executive support to 2-4 attorneys in corporate
and real estate transactional practices Prepare, edit, and format a
variety of legal documents (e.g., contracts, purchase agreements,
leases, affidavits, opinion letters, deeds, and more) Assist with
corporate and real estate closings, including new matter openings,
closing binders, and file organization for storage Create,
organize, and maintain both physical and electronic files Assist
with opening new business matters and drafting basic
correspondence, engagement letters, and conflict letters Review and
triage incoming emails and correspondence; handle scheduling,
billing, and administrative inquiries as directed Support attorneys
with billing, including sending invoices, tracking balances, and
preparing monthly expenses Manage calendars: schedule appointments,
meetings, and calls; maintain contact lists in Outlook Help track
attorney CLE credits Perform other administrative duties as
assigned The anticipated salary range for this position is between

Fair Chance Ordinance Full-time employment benefits include
