Job DescriptionJob Title: Workday HRIS Programmer
AnalystLocation of role: 100% Remote role but must live in either
IL, Indiana or Wisconsin area or be willing to relocate there **
Must be vaccinated and pass a drug screen for this role even though
it's remote** Company is a first responderSalary or Hourly range:
90K to 110k Depending on experience DOEKey Points of the role:
- Minimum of 4 years experience with ERP systems and applications
(HR, Finance, Supply Chain Management ) required
- Minimum of 1 year experience implementing or supporting Workday
is required
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of HRIS systems and
integrations is preferred
- Experience with one or more of the following within Workday:
integrations, data conversion, reporting or security is
preferred
- Architect, configure, develop, test, deploy, enhance and
support business applications including Workday ERP and workforce
management solutions.
- Experience with workforce management solutions such as API or
UKG is a plus
- Superior analytical and written and verbal communication skills
with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work alone and in a team setting.Job Description
Details:
- Architect, configure, develop, test, deploy, enhance and
support business applications including Workday ERP and workforce
management solutions.
- Lead meetings and build and maintain strong relationships with
stakeholders.
- Understand and analyze business goals, and make suggestions for
technical and process improvements to maximize efficiencies.
- Provide direct input to project plans and timelines and execute
projects as assigned.
- Update manager on project status and moves to make suggestions
in timely manner to make certain projects are on time.
- Resolve help desk tickets and cover on call requirements
- Ensure that documentation such as change management, code
documentation, build trackers, reports, and files as required are
completed, maintained and updated.
- Work with team to create go-live and backout plans prior to
work migrated to the Production environment.
- Validate production installation through customer follow
up.
- Ensure that all work and designs are in line with current best
practices and industry standards.
- Attend and facilitate professional development applicable to
the team.
- Develop user training documentation and conduct training
sessions.
