Payroll SpecialistOur client, a leading and established construction company which is based near downtown Chicago. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join an expanding and friendly team.   • Manage and Run In House Payroll for around 100 staff.
  • Payroll reporting and timekeeping.
  • Basic journal entries.
  • Cash management for paying taxes.
  • 1K reporting weekly and union monthly.
  • AP functions.
  • HR elements to the role including enrollment, onboarding, and benefits. Requirements:
    • 3+ years' experience in Payroll with ideally within a similar sector company.
    • Experience performing full cycle in house payroll functions.
    • Strong Excel (vlookup and pivot tables).
