Job Description:

Shape and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to promote the employee value proposition and enhance employer branding to attract talent and generate applications for the Digital segment.

This position requires big-picture thinking around employment brand strategy, as well as hands-on tactical work building marketing campaigns and executing cross-channel activity.
Strategy: Take the lead in concepting, creating, and deploying omni-channel, comprehensive marketing plans to support recruiting goals. Collaborate with in-house brand strategy and digital marketing experts to develop an employment brand for Covenant Living and Services.
Research: Use data to drive candidate interest, as well as to identify new recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets. Stay current on emerging marketing, branding and recruitment trends, incorporating emerging best-practices to improve recruitment.
Execution: Craft messaging and content that empower you to develop cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns. Promote employment opportunities, culture, and DEI initiatives across web and social channels. Collaborate with the in-house Creative team to develop unique storytelling vehicles that drive recruitment. Create, execute, and manage the recruitment marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness, from creative brief through implementation and measurement.
Assessment : Measure and optimize candidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance against a clear set of KPI's. Develop presentations that report on the results and ROI of your initiatives. Improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals including conversion rate, cost per hire, time to fill, and client satisfaction.
Required Degree : High School Diploma
Preferred Degree : Bachelor's degree
Experience in applied marketing, preferably in the talent acquisition or recruitment marketing field.
5+ years experience in marketing, with preference for recruitment marketing and employer branding.
Experience in IT services and / or consulting industry highly preferred.
Experience with organic and paid channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor and / or other social channels.
--- Strong knowledge of the 'digital tech' talent market including sourcing channels, recruitment marketing tools / platforms, best practices, and trends .
--- Knowledge of or experience using digital marketing and social media in support of Talent Acquisition.
--- Enthusiasm for marketing strategy, audience segmentation and conversion tactics.
--- Proven track of record of building, managing, and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns.
--- Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis.
--- Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
--- Focused storytelling and copy-writing skills for clear, compelling on-brand messaging.
--- Development of targeted messaging for new talent pools, persona-based targeting, and regional talent markets.
--- Translation of strategy into execution, driving creative and innovative sourcing ideas.
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite
