Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers ensuring the highest quality service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation and service areas Interact with customers courteously and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and equipment Assist in inventory management and control of supplies Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness Setup and breakdown of food service areas as required, including special events and caterings Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food service Experience in using kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Customer service oriented with a knack for creating a welcoming environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certificate (preferred but not mandatory depending on state regulations) Any relevant safety or hygiene training certifications are considered a plus
