The Hotel F&B Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing daily operations
• Managing staff
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Managing finances and budgeting
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliersRequirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
