This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.Candidates must be able to work overtime as needed.We are looking for a qualified QC/QA Supervisor for 2nd shift 3pm-11pm to organize production according to demand and quality standards. You will be the one to ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.The QC/QA Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the QA and QC team, ensuring that all products and processes adhere to company and industry standards. This role involves leading a team of QC Lab Technicians and QA Line Auditors.Supervise and provide leadership to lab techs and line auditorsDevelop direct reportsManage lab and line coverage - willing to work off shifts if neededWork closely with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance to regulatory, customer and company requirementsReviews daily production schedule and adjusts the quality departments schedule to ensure testing and reporting are metMaintain proper lab supply inventory levelsReview testing data/investigate out of spec results. Escalate out of spec data. (ISO standards are a plus)Must be able to climb stairs, sit and stand for long periods, and type for long periods of time.
