• Greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Collect payments by cash, check or charge
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Answer phones, direct and screen calls accurately
• Refer customer complaints to the appropriate person for quick response
• Performing follow up calls on service and sales customers
• Maintain customer waiting area
• Working closely with all dealer managers to improve customer service Qualifications
