individuals live their fullest lives. What You’ll Do: Lead & Mentor
– Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff to deliver
high-quality care. Ensure Quality Living – Oversee daily
operations, budgets, and household needs, ensuring homes are safe,
clean, and welcoming. Support Health & Safety – Monitor medical
needs, emergency preparedness, infection control, and medication
administration. Be a Problem-Solver – Respond to emergencies,
troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly. Champion
Community Inclusion – Plan and support activities that connect
members to their community. Collaborate & Communicate – Work
closely with families, staff, and community partners, while
maintaining accurate documentation. What We’re Looking For 3 years
of experience working directly with individuals with
intellectual/developmental disabilities in a CILA home setting .
Supervisory experience required. Must be already be DSP certified
and on HealthCare Worker Registry Must pass the TABE test and
maintain authorization to pass medications Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation. Strong organizational, leadership, and
