Pay: $2,700 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Position: Radiology Technologist Location: Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hrs a week Shift 8hr Evening Shift (40) Shift Information Monday-Friday 1130-1530 About Facility: Level III Trauma Center Level III NICU Magnet Designation Primary Stroke Center Beds: 636 Unit Information: Beds: 5 diagnostic, 2 fluoro, 1 video swallow, clinic has 2 diagnostic rooms, 3 pain clinic rooms, 1 dental room Average patients per day: 15-20 per tech Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of acute or surgical experience First-time traveler acceptance: Depending on skill level; looking for techs with highly competent surgery and procedure experience Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Inpatient, Outpatient, ED, Procedural, all age ranges, minimal pediatrics Required License, National Certification, Certs: ARRT WI License BLS Skills Required: Surgical/Procedure, General, Portables, Mid-high level hospital experience Fluoro: ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, urology cases OR: ortho, general, spines. Preferred comfort with o-arm. Support within the Department: Lead tech on 1st shift Radiologist on site 24/7 14 techs on days, 7 on second shift, 3 on third shift RT 24/7 Hospitalist 24/7 Intensivist 24/7 Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC X-ray equipment: Client, Fuji, Del Medical PACS: McKesson C-arm: Client 9900 and Elites and Healthcare o-arms Floating: No Orientation (facility and unit): NEO 7 days in department Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other weekend On call: Yes, one call shift per week 1st call 0630-1400, 2nd 1400-2230, 3rd 2230-0630 Holiday Expectations: One holiday per contract Approval of RTO: Go through manager Shift times: Dependent upon posting and needs. Usually flex 1-1.5 hours between start times, depending on staffing Schedule cycle: M-F and every other weekend. One day off during the week leading up to work weekend and one day off the week following work weekend.
