- Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is
hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week
travel contract at a Level III Trauma acute care hospital, with a
minimum of 1 year of IR experience required. Details - Short-term
acute care hospital setting within an Interventional Radiology unit
- Level III Trauma facility with 244 staffed beds - Daily caseload
of 15 cases per technologist - 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to
5:30 PM - Call required 2 nights per week with a 30-minute callback
requirement - Every 3rd weekend call required - Charting system:
Cerner McKesson and Cerner Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of
Interventional Radiology experience required - State license
required if applicable; pending license accepted but must be active
prior to start - Current BLS certification required - Ability to
maintain a sterile environment while assisting radiologists in
minimally invasive procedures - Experience with Cerner McKesson
and/or Cerner preferred - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles
from the facility to be eligible Additional Information - Assist
radiologists in minimally invasive procedures while maintaining a
sterile field - Participates in rotating call schedule with a
30-minute callback requirement - First-time travelers are welcome
to apply - Scrubs are provided - On-site parking is available at no
cost - 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2
