IndianaFull timePosition OverviewSeeking a Board Certified or Board
Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive
evaluation and management of sleep disorders in a collaborative,
integrated care environment. This role includes interpretation of
diagnostic studies and longitudinal patient management across a
regional sleep program.Key Responsibilities• Interpret in-lab and
home sleep studies• Provide clinical evaluations and ongoing
management for new and established sleep patients• Deliver
longitudinal care and treatment planning• Collaborate with
referring providers and allied health professionals• Support
regional sleep lab services• Opportunity to partner with adjacent
specialties such as ENT for coordinated patient careCandidate
Requirements• MD or DO degree• Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Sleep Medicine (must obtain board certification within 3 years of
employment)• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of
