Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a skilled school psychologist in
Chicago, IL. This role involves supporting the academic and
emotional well-being of students within a school setting. The
position offers the chance to work directly with diverse student
populations, helping to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions
that promote student success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct
psychological assessments and evaluations for students with a
variety of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs. - Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions. - Provide
counseling and crisis intervention services as needed. - Collect
and interpret data to inform instruction and intervention
strategies. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and
contribute to student progress monitoring. - Maintain accurate
records and adhere to district policies and confidentiality
standards. Qualifications: - Valid state certification/licensure as
a School Psychologist. - Experience conducting psychoeducational
assessments and interpreting results. - Strong knowledge of special
education laws, regulations, and intervention techniques. -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with students, families, and school personnel. -
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced school
environment. - Commitment to improving student outcomes through
evidence-based practices. Location: Chicago, IL Assignment Type:
