Now Hiring: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Tinley Park (and help at Joliet, as needed) As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely. What You’ll Do: Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health Assist with in-office procedures, as needed What You Bring: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care Minimum of 3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Current IL licensure Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities An interest in ENT services and procedures A valid driver's license is required Work in our Tinley Park clinic and help at Joliet and nearby clinics as needed Why Choose ADVENT: 22 days PTO (prorated first year) for full time paid holidays CEU days and dollars Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA for full time 401k match & life insurance Regular business hours—no nights or weekends A culture that values solutions and encourages growth Full Time Monday-Friday: Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30am-4:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-5:30pm and Fridays 8:30am-2:30pm Explore more at ADVENT Careers Requirements:
