Job Description:
Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) offers a dynamic opportunity
for an Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our dedicated team of
travel healthcare professionals. In this role, you will have the
unique chance to work in different healthcare environments across
the USA, while providing critical care to patients in intensive
care units. Our support system ensures that every nurse under our
assignation can excel and receive the care they need to succeed in
challenging roles. Provide direct and individualized nursing care
to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor and record patient vital signs, and administer
care accordingly. Respond to medical emergencies and alert
appropriate doctors as required. Administer medications, manage
intravenous lines, observe and monitor patient's conditions.
Communicate with patients and their families about treatment plans
and progress. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with
health and safety guidelines. Strong clinical skills and knowledge
in healthcare protocol, especially in ICU settings. Ability to
adapt to varying healthcare settings and facilities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance
Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS (Basic Life Support)
Certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Certification. CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification
is preferred but not mandatory.
