This role involves managing complex cases including antiarrhythmic IV medications and noninvasive ventilation, emphasizing critical thinking and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 6 months of stepdown nursing experience (required) Ability and willingness to float to Med/Surg or ER units for additional patient care needs (required) Strong knowledge of cardiac care protocols and managing patients with vascular compromise Proficient in administering IV medications and monitoring advanced cardiac devices Excellent communication and critical assessment skills Commitment to maintaining professional standards; applicants with any disciplinary actions will not be considered Location:Located in Elgin, Oklahoma, this opportunity places you in a community known for its inviting small-town atmosphere and access to regional healthcare centers.
