Job Description Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Occupational Therapist - Inpatient ortho surgery - Days Position Highlights: Position: Occupational Therapist- Inpatient - Days Location: Skokie Hospital, Skokie, IL Hours: Per Diem- Hours as needed; Will vary between 7:30am and 5:30pm; rotating weekends Required Travel: no Holidays: yes What you will do: Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing Participates in the clinical supervision of students What you will need: License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL Education: Bachelor of Science from a school of Occupational Therapy or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA.
