Overview:$3000 SIGN ON BONUSLifetime Dental is seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team in Skokie, IL. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering high-quality patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to preventive dental health. As a Dental Hygienist at Lifetime Dental, you will be a vital part of our practice, focusing on patient education, preventive care, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our dental services.Schedule (days/hours): (Full Time or Part Time) Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramountProvide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatmentsScreen patients periodontal healthEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniquesPerform oral cancer screeningsScreen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impactsContinually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile BrandsQualifications:Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)A current CPR certificationCompensation: $45 -$50 per hour About:Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
