Clinical Nurse Manager, Skokie HospitalPosition Highlights:
* Position: Clinical Nurse Manager
* Location: Pre-Procedure Services, Skokie Hospital
* Full Time/Part Time: Full Time 40 hours per week
* Hours: Monday-Friday on site,
* Required Travel: To other sites as needed
What you will need:
* License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of
IL required
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree
in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline
preferred
* Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho
Certification a plus
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant clinical
setting required. Previous management experience preferred,
Orthopaedic experience a plus
* Skills: N/A
What you will do:
* Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional
nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement
initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical
unit
* Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies
* Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty
for patients, families, physicians, and employees.
* Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high
quality patient experience
