Staff Nurse, Advanced Care Unit-Skokie, - Skokie, IL - PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Independently provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care for the Orthopaedic & Spine patient population.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
Communicate and collaborate with nurses, physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes with continuity of care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
