Position: Snr. Clinical Nurse Manager
Location: 5 East/West Orthopaedic and Spine, Skokie Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday on site,
Required Travel: as needed

What you will need:
License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree
in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline
preferred
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho Certification
a plus
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant clinical
setting required. Previous management experience preferred,
Orthopaedic experience a plus

Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional
nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement
initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical
unit
Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies
Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty
for patients, families, physicians, and employees.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high
quality patient experience
