* Position: Clinical Pharmacist, Resource
* Location: Skokie Hospital
* Full Time/Part Time: Resource, Rotating Hours, Weekends, and
* Hours: Per Diem
* Required Travel: Floating between different NorthShore sites when
What you will need:
* License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist
* Education: BLS or PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited
school of pharmacy. Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent
* Certification: N/A
* Experience: At least one year experience as a registered
pharmacist; or previous hospital experience- limited time away from
* Skills: Ability to prioritize orders, perform multiple tasks and
work in a team environment
What you will do:
* Dispense medication in response to a physician's order
* Provide clinical pharmacy services including drug information,
preparing doses and checking work done by a technician prior to
* Prepare, compound and dispense medication consistent with
department policy, and rules and regulations promulgated by the
Board of Pharmacy, Department of Public Health, and JCAHO
