at United will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a
forward-thinking learning strategy. Innovation and data-driven
decision-making will be essential in driving success, with a focus
on leveraging advanced learning technologies, such as AI-powered
platforms, adaptive learning tools, and immersive simulations. This
role will be accountable for measuring the impact of learning
initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring programs
are aligned with United's business objectives.Job Overview and
Responsibilities:In the area of leadership development, the MD of
Learning will create transformative programs that build
future-ready leaders incorporating critical skills like digital
fluency, emotional intelligence, and change management.By utilizing
data analytics, including feedback and performance metrics, the MD
will develop personalized, data-backed leadership growth plans.
These programs will not only accelerate leadership capabilities but
will also ensure alignment with career growth pathways, driving
employee engagement and United's success.The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record of successfully implementing innovative
learning technologies and using data insights to continuously
improve learning outcomes and drive business impact.Additional
Responsibilities:
The base pay range for this role is $196,460.00 to $267,740.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on
job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience,
education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus
and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
