Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of chargeback disputes, including
investigation and resolution
Analyze chargeback data to identify trends and develop strategies
for improvement
Prepare reports on chargeback activity and communicate findings to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in chargeback management or a
related field
Proficiency in chargeback management software and Microsoft
Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge of card network rules and regulations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills
