The Performance Management and Assessment Analyst is responsible
for supporting Districtwide performance management through active
engagement in program evaluation and the design, implementation,
and analysis of all aspects of student assessment. This role
involves collaborating with administrators, educators, and
stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals,
promoting a culture of continuous improvement and the use of
assessments to provide data-driven insights to inform
decision-making, and supporting efforts to improve student
achievement and educational equity. This position reports to the
Executive Director of RAAD.
Reports to: Chief Officer of Research, Assessment, Accountability
and Data (RAAD)
