The Manager of HR Service Center (HRSC) reports to the Senior Manager of Human Resources Shared Services and is responsible for the regional HRSC and has direct management for the HRSC team members and processes. This role works cross functionally with compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS, organizational development, payroll and facilities to provide HR programs and services and to ensure policies, processes and procedures are optimized while delivering a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: Leads regional HR shared services to ensure high work partner and employee satisfaction, process efficiency, streamlined operations, and strong compliance. Guides operational performance and service excellence. Manage the day-to-day administration to ensure workflows and processes are completed timely, consistently, and accurately. Drive reporting, data management, and data audits. Monitor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Resolves issues effectively and serve as point of escalation for the HRSC. Provide personalized contact during escalated service-related issues. Be a change leader by anticipating, assessing, and addressing the needs of the key partners Partners with functional SMEs (compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS, organizational development, payroll, and facilities) to support HR Programs and lead improvements to enhance the support provided by the HRSC team. Executes HRSC strategy, keeps abreast of new developments in the shared service and contact center fields, and proactively implement best practices for shared services delivery. Drives employee and manager self-service by creating new tools, processes, and procedures. Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including SOX compliance and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protocols. Manages HRSC audit inquiries and conducts self-audits. Implements mitigation and improvement plans. Creates and maintains knowledge base materials such as process workflows, detailed step-by-step procedures standard operation procedure (SOP), or job aids and ensures team usage Leads the onboarding process from offer acceptance until employee first day to ensure a positive candidate and manager experience while streamlining processes to speed time to start. Provides governance and manages termination processes with Legal, HR Compliance and Business Partners. Supports M& As and onboarding of theemployees acquired through acquisitions Collaboration with Employee Relations and other stakeholders regarding the investigation of employee issues. Advances the development of a case management and knowledge database system. Partners with SMEs to manage vendors and outsourced partners Collaborates with peers in other regions to drive global best practices and global consistency. Leads HR projects leveraging effective project management including assess objectives, scope, establish project timelines, and drive execution and accountability to deliver results. Develops and leads a team of HR professionals. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of work experience in HR Operations and/or Shared Services required 1+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role required Key Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated knowledge in various human resources functions (i.E., staffing, benefits, compensation) Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to employment practices Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills Acts as advisor to other Zebra functions and may become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and customer service skills Change agent and results focused Must be able to present concepts and recommendation to all levels of management Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse tasks as well as effectively handles pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications Ability to develop proficiency in HR Systems such as Oracle HR and Case Management applications Ability to handle HR information in a confidential and professional manner Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of Lincolnshire, IL facility Zebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Salary: USD 88300.00 USD 132500.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
