for robust career development. Position Summary We are growing and
hiring a NEW position for a Sr. Manager BI Operations to lead a
small team of BI Architects and BI Operations Analysts and be a
leading voice in the design, implementation and operation of Power
BI Premium capacities following the enterprise digital platform
roadmap. This position will report into the Director, Global Data
Governance (GDG). The GDG team is part of the CFO organization and
provides key contributions to enterprise and global data governance
goals. As a global leader, you will have the amazing opportunity to
strategically manage the implementation and operation of business
intelligence infrastructure and processes in support of BI and
analytics applications! Key Responsibilities Collaborate with
business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions
and work with Data Warehouse and Data Engineering teams, Business
SMEs, and Data Scientists to deliver solutions for BI and advanced
analytics use cases. Define BI standards, guidelines, and best
practices for business and technical teams. Ensure conceptual and
architectural integrity of the Power BI implementation Lead
development of Enterprise Sematic Models (Tabular and
Multi-dimensional) to deliver a consistent and single source of
data for reporting and BI. Develop security and authentication
standards for BI solutions across the organization that leverage
Active Directory groups, and row level security provided by the
data warehouse Simplify landscape to remove unrelated cost from
complex and fragmented enterprise analytics solutions Manage
development, and publication of certified data sets that
incorporate business logic and that downstream BI teams can utilize
to develop and publish dashboards/reports Requirements Definition
and Management Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree or higher in
Information Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Business
related discipline. 5+ years of experience in a lead role engaging
with key business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver global
analytics solutions and projects. 8+ years of experience in
business or IT with a focus on data modeling, business modelling,
reporting and dashboarding. 3+ years of experience with authoring,
publishing, and optimizing BI solutions using Power BI Premium
Capacities. 2+ years of experience with ETL/ELT patterns. Expert
level on DAX and Power Query, and intermediate to high level SQL
skills Experience in data modeling, designing data warehouses/data
marts and reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics solutions
utilizing Power BI Experience with Microsoft's Power platform.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Excellent internal/external
consulting skills, and the ability to coach train on BI topics.
Power BI / Power Platform certifications are strongly preferred Be
energetic and passionate about delivering value to internal and
external customers through a portfolio of digital products and
services with embedded analytics Deep knowledge in data modeling,
semantic modeling, BI/Analytics reporting and dashboarding using
Power BI, Microsoft's Power Platform #LI-Remote #LI-SM3
Compensation details: The salary range for this role is 130K -
160K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range
of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this
range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This
range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for
bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits
