Lifescan Labs of Illinois, LLC is looking for a dynamic,
organized self-starter to join our team as an Office Manager. The
Office Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides
Human Resource support. The role is critical in executing our
people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and
driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The
Office Manager will report directly to the Human Resources
Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including
cleaning, maintenance, and
Welcome visitors to the office.
Field incoming calls.
Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with
assigned administrative duties.
such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and
Collect Company-Wide Expense Reports.
Coordinate Company-Wide Events.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as
Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other
staff to access files and records.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in
office administration or
related field preferred.
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
