Job Description:
The Customer Service Account Manager is responsible for
establishing and maintaining relationships with the assigned
accounts. As CSAM at E80 he/she will be responsible to provide the
best Customer experience and ensure that customer expectations are
exceeded.
Main Responsibilities:
Establish a strong relationship with assigned Accounts
Be the first Point of Contact to the customers for Customer Service
Operations, including but not limited to:
Service interventions
Upgrade and retrofit projects
Maintenance
Training
Spare Parts
Responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue & profitability
targets
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
Coordinate with internal departments to develop new solutions and
generate opportunities
Coordinate activities across different department to ensure
outstanding customer experience
Be the liaison between internal stakeholders and customers
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
experience preferred
5+ years of experience in account management
Proven Account Management skills
Strong customer orientation
Experience in material handling industry (automated system)
preferred
Self-starter, able to manage multiple accounts and projects at
once.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and
Word)
Strong team player
Travel: overnight travel 60-70%
