Machine Maintenance Technician - Level III to support CNC machines
and production equipment in a high-precision manufacturing
facility. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical
troubleshooting skills, hands-on CNC maintenance experience, and
can work at the component level to keep equipment running safely
and reliably. - $30/hr. - $40/hr. DOE. plus full benefits, paid

position - 6 years CNC maintenance experience is required - Work
with high-precision CNC machines and supporting industrial
equipment in a production environment - Strong mechanical and
electrical background with experience reading schematics and

bonus, 1st shift position The Position - Support and maintain
state-of-the-art CNC machines and industrial equipment through
installs, service, repairs, and scheduled preventive maintenance -
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify failed
components, complete tear-downs, repairs, and reassembly to restore
equipment performance - Perform component-level work on critical
CNC assemblies (spindles, bearing packs, ballscrews, lubrication
systems) including proper alignment and calibration - Use gages and
test instruments to confirm faults and verify repairs; use hand and
power tools to fabricate, assemble, and test parts as needed - Help
create, verify, and roll out SOPs and maintenance standards to
drive consistency, safety, and uptime - Move, replace, and position
equipment using forklifts and dollies after obtaining required
certifications The Details - Strong mechanical and electrical
background with experience reading schematics and navigating CNC
controls - 6 years CNC maintenance experience is required
