Our service team is hiring a Heavy Duty/Truck Mechanic to join us. CDJR experience is preferred. In this role, you'll repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, suspensions, and exhaust systems. This may require you to perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, tune-ups). Heavy Duty/Truck Mechanic Qualifications 3 consecutive years of heavy duty/truck mechanic experience CDJR experience is preferred; prior diesel experience is required Strong mechanical aptitude Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures, and specifications Valid driver's license and meet insurability guidelines Truck Mechanic: $ 35 - $47/hour Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts About Us We are looking for qualified, quality people who are ready to start their careers within our family.
