Job Description Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based | Northwest Suburbs of Chicago $76,250–$95,000 Base Up to $12,000 Annual Bonus Hybrid flexibility available Looking for a center-based BCBA role with a manageable caseload and real clinical support? We’re partnering with a pediatric ABA provider in the northwest suburbs of Chicago that prioritizes sustainable caseloads, strong RBT support, and collaborative leadership. This is a structured, team-oriented environment — not a volume-driven model.
