Graham is a fast-growing Midwest engineering and environmental firm
looking for a motivated and experienced Municipal Project Manager
in civil engineering or environmental engineering to ensure our

Municipal Engineering - Fehr Graham What you’ll do As a Municipal
Project Manager, you’ll lead and manage municipal transportation
projects, including roadway reconstruction, resurfacing,
streetscape and traffic improvement initiatives. You’ll also: »
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and designs aligned with
client expectations and funding requirements. » Coordinate with
municipal clients, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation
(WisDOT), local utilities and other stakeholders. » Supervise and
mentor design engineers and technical staff, ensuring deliverables
meet quality assurance and quality control standards. » Prepare
proposals, cost estimates and technical reports to support business
development and project pursuits. » Represent Fehr Graham at public
meetings, council sessions and client presentations. » Oversee
construction administration tasks and maintain strong relationships
with contractors and field personnel. What it takes Ideally, you’ll
have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
You should bring eight to 10 years of experience in municipal or
transportation engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in
Wisconsin is required or the ability to obtain licensure within the
first six months of employment. Ideally, you will also: » Have
experience with roadway design (urban and rural), plan preparation
and WisDOT procedures. » Have strong communication and leadership
skills, with the ability to balance client management with project
execution. » Be able to manage multiple projects and mentor junior
