This role combines hands?on technical work with data analysis, documentation, and cross?functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement across operations. Essential Functions: Work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and quality teams to support daily production needs. Communicate findings, propose solutions, and assist in implementing improvements on the shop floor. Participate in team meetings, improvement events, and project reviews. Assist in developing, testing, and implementing improved manufacturing processes and production workflows. Help ensure production processes comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. Collect, compile, and analyze production, quality, and performance data. Help maintain accurate documentation for process specifications and engineering changes. Support calibration, maintenance, and safe use of measurement and testing tools. Other Responsibilities: Analyze production operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Recommend changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve ergonomics. Help assess tooling needs and contribute to equipment setup optimization. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years related experience Associate degree in Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality principles, and industrial engineering methods. Strong problem?solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Keen attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Proficiency with measurement tools, data analysis, and basic CAD or process?mapping software.
