Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a renowned global nonprofit focused on relief, development, and peace initiatives, is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our manufacturing operations. This role is crucial to ensure the high reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing systems which support our humanitarian projects worldwide. The Reliability Engineer will be instrumental in designing and implementing maintenance strategies, analyzing system failures, and ensuring continuous improvement in process and equipment reliability. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies. Analyze equipment failures and provide sustainable solutions. Collaborate with production teams to ensure machinery reliability. Conduct life cycle analyses on major systems and components. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on system reliability. Educate and guide teams on best maintenance practices. Proficiency in reliability engineering principles and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with statistical analysis and reliability software (e.g., SAP PM, CMMS). Ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or similar. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
