Job Description Job Description We are looking for a full time
technician who can troubleshoot and repair bakery & food service
equipment such as ovens, burners, proofers, panwasher, etc. Details
Position: Field Mechanic Position Type: Full Time Total Hours:
40hours Experience: 1-2 Years Experience Duties Understand control
wiring and troubleshoot related electrical problems Make general
mechanical repairs such as replacement of bearings, sprockets,
chains Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair bread production
equipment in field environment Complete written reports Servicing
customers in Greater Chicago Area Requirements Minimum High School
Diploma (or GED) General knowledge of HVAC Commercial or
residential cooking equipment repair experience A good driving
record Maintenance experience helpful We will train individuals
with a strong electrical and mechanical background Salary will be
discussed at time of interview
