Description We are seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Machinists to join
our team on the 1st shift. This role involves setting up and
operating multiple CNC Lathe machines, primarily lathes, with
limited use of mills. You will be responsible for conducting
first-piece and final-piece inspections, utilizing Fanuc controls,
and bringing your production or job shop experience to our dynamic
environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Lathe
machines, particularly Okuma and similar brands. Perform 1-3 setups
per day efficiently and accurately. Conduct first-piece and
final-piece inspections to ensure quality standards. Utilize Fanuc
controls in daily operations. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years
of experience with CNC machines, specifically lathes. Proficiency
in setting up machines, with 2-3 setups daily. Experience with
Fanuc controls. Familiarity with using micrometers and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with mills is an
advantage. Programming skills are a plus. Understanding of G-code

features a clean machine shop with around 20 CNC machines.
Employees will operate primarily on the 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30
PM, with potential training on the 1st shift depending on
experience level. The dress code includes jeans, a work t-shirt,
steel-toe boots, and mandatory safety gear such as a hard hat,
safety glasses, and ear plugs, provided by the company. You will be
working across two separate facilities with a focus on
manufacturing valves for the rail car industry. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
